SPRITZ LIMONCELLO
The Limoncello Spritz is inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz cocktail. The Aperol being replaced by limoncello for more freshness. A perfect variation for those who are not a fan of the traditional Spritz, Aperol or bitter orange flavor.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
- 1 Oz Limoncello
- 0.5 Oz Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)
- 3.5 Oz Prosecco
Cocktail directions
- Cool your Spritz glass by adding ice cubes to half of the glass.
- Pour in the limoncello (and a little cane sugar, optional, if you want a sweeter cocktail).
- Add the Prosecco.
- Finish with a splash of sparkling water.
- Gently mix the cocktail with a mixing spoon.
Cocktail service
Directly into a large wine glass or spritz glass.
Served in a wine glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate with a slice of lime or yellow lemon directly in the glass.
