Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Grenadine Syrup
• 3 cl. Cointreau
• 3 cl. Pear Juice
• 3 cl. Vodka
• 3 cl. Blue Curacao

• 0.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
• 1 Oz Cointreau
• 1 Oz Pear Juice
• 1 Oz Vodka
• 1 Oz Blue Curacao

Cocktail directions

• Mix the pear juice and Cointreau in a shaker with ice cubes.
• Pour into a glass, then pour two dashes of grenadine syrup, slowly, so that it falls to the bottom of the glass.
• Put the Vodka and the Blue Curaçao in a shaker with ice cubes to cool it, then pour the pear juice + Cointreau mixture over it slowly with a spoon (Pour a light stream along the spoon so that it does not mix).

Cocktail service

It can be served with a small French flag or with a cockade placed on the edge.
