Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Gin
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water
• 1 cl. Blackberry Syrup

• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water
• 0.5 Oz Blackberry Syrup

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a mixing glass with ice.
• Fill a large glass with crushed ice two-thirds full, add sparkling water and stir gently.
• Delicately place a spoonful of blackberry syrup on the surface.

Cocktail service

Served in a Collins glass.
