Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 0,5 cl. Blackcurrant Cream
• 2 cl. Dry vermouth
• 2 cl. Vermouth
• Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

• 0.2 Oz Blackcurrant Cream
• 0.5 Oz Dry vermouth
• 0.5 Oz Vermouth
• Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

Cocktail directions

• Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice and stir with the mixing spoon.
• Add lemon zest and a little soda.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a Collins glass.
