Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Aperol
• 4 cl. Prosecco
• 2 cl. Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

• 2 Oz Aperol
• 1.5 Oz Prosecco
• 0.5 Oz Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

Cocktail directions

• Make the recipe directly in the glass.
• Half fill the glass with ice cubes.
• Pour in the prosecco, then the Aperol.
• Complete with a splash of sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a slice of orange on the edge of the glass.
