For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Manzanita
• 2 cl. Violet Syrup
• 15 cl. Sparkling Water (Perrier)

• 1.5 Oz Manzanita
• 0.5 Oz Violet Syrup
• 5 Oz Sparkling Water (Perrier)

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in the glass.
• Pour the syrup into the glass then add the manzana and complete with perrier.

Directly in the glass

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
