GIN FIZZ
Certainly one of the best-known gin-based cocktails, this one is the ancestor of all fizzes.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 2 Oz Gin
- 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
- Sparkling Water
Cocktail directions
- Place all the ingredients (except the sparkling water) in the shaker, then shake.
- Pour into the glass and top up with sparkling water.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Collins glass.
