Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
• 6 cl. Triple Sec
• 8 cl. Lemon Juice
• 6 cl. Sparkling Water
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lemon

• 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
• 2 Oz Triple Sec
• 2.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 2 Oz Sparkling Water
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 Lemon

Cocktail directions

• Pour the triple sec, the cane sugar, the mint leaves with 2 half slices of lemon and crush everything in the glass.
• Add the lemon juice, sparkling water and a few ice cubes.

Cocktail service

Garnish with a slice of lemon and 2 mint leaves.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
