Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Horchata Syrup
• 2 cl. Lime juice
• 4 cl. Old Rum
• Brut Champagne
• 4 Mint Leaves

• 0.5 Oz Horchata Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1.5 Oz Old Rum
• Brut Champagne
• 4 Mint Leaves

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the order indicated: Orgeat Syrup, Lime Juice, Old Rum.
• Complete the glass with Champagne Brut and Mint Leaves.

Cocktail service

To be prepared in a chilled shaker.
Serve in a cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with mint leaves on top of the glass.
