Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Elderflower liquor
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 12 cl. Champagne
• 1 Dash of Sparkling Water
• 1 Lime Slice
• Quelques Mint Leaves

• 1.5 Oz Elderflower liquor
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 4 Oz Champagne
• 1 Dash of Sparkling Water
• 1 Lime Slice
• Quelques Mint Leaves

Cocktail directions

• Fill the wine glass with ice cubes.
• Pour 4cl of Saint Germain liqueur (elderflower) Pour 2cl of lemon juice.
• Complete with Moët Chandon champagne.
• Make a splash of sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Directly in a wine glass with ice cubes.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Served with a slice of lime & a mint leaf (if available). Serve with a straw.
