Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg White
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Gin
• 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.
• Fill three-quarters of a large glass with ice cubes.
• Add sparkling water and mix gently.

Cocktail service

Served in a Collins glass.

Decorate with pieces of orange and lemon peel.
