JAPANESE FIZZ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg White
• 1/4 Lemon Juice
• 1/4 Port Wine
• 2/4 Bourbon
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Egg White
• 1/4 Lemon Juice
• 1/4 Port Wine
• 2/4 Bourbon
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with plenty of ice.
• Put crushed ice in a glass and fill it two-thirds full.
• Add sparkling water and mix gently.
• Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cherry.

Served in a Collins glass.
