ZAZA
A dubonnet martini where some will prefer orange bitter to angostura.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz White Dubonnet
- 1 Oz Gin
- 1 Dash of Angostura
Cocktail directions
- Hit with crushed ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a slice of orange.
