Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Mango Juice
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Cube of Mango

• 2 Oz Mango Juice
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Cube of Mango

Cocktail directions

• Cut the mango into small cubes.
• Place them at the bottom of the glass.
• Shake all the ingredients in a shaker.
• Pour the cocktail into the glass with the mango.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with lemon slices studded with cloves, or mango wedges and a candied cherry.
