DUBONNET
Dubonnet is a French aperitif created in 1848 based on Roussillon wine.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Red Dubonnet
- 0.5 Oz Gin
- 1 Dash of Angostura
Cocktail directions
- Pour the ingredients into the mixing glass, stir, strain into the glass.
Cocktail service
With a mixing glass.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a slice of lemon.
