Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Port Wine
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Whiskey
• 2 cl. Rum
• 1 Tablespoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 0.5 Oz Port Wine
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Whiskey
• 0.5 Oz Rum
• 1 Tablespoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.
• Half fill a whiskey glass, add very cold sparkling water and serve with a cherry.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
