• 4 cl. Amber Rum
• 0,5 cl. Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0,5 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 10 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 8 cl. Sparkling Water (Perrier)

• 1.5 Oz Amber Rum
• 0.2 Oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.2 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 3.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 2.5 Oz Sparkling Water (Perrier)

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Amber Rum, Passion Fruit Syrup, Sugar Cane Syrup, Pineapple Juice, Sparkling Water (Perrier).
