For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1/2 Egg White
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Pastis
• Soda

• 1/2 Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Pastis
• Soda

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg White, Lemon Juice, Pastis and fill the glass with Soda.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a tumbler.
Fill with soda.
