SILVER FIZZ
A gin fizz with an egg white to obtain a silver color.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Egg White
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1.5 Oz Gin
- Soda
Cocktail directions
- Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg White, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Gin and fill the glass with Soda.
Cocktail service
In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a tumbler.
Fill with soda.
