SPRITZ
Spritz Veneziano is an original recipe that appeared, like Bellini, in the Venice region during Austrian domination. The military used to mix white wine with sparkling water.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)Cocktail directions
- Make the recipe directly in the glass.
- Half fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the prosecco, then the Aperol (or Campari).
- Complete with a dash of Tonic (Schweppes).

Directly in the glass.
Served in a wine glass.

Decorate with a slice of orange directly in the glass.
