This bitters-based fizz is a great classic. Some people prefer sparkling water instead of tonic.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)Cocktail directions
- Pour the angostura (bitter) over ice cubes.
- Complete with tonic.

Directly into the glass.
Served in a Collins glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
