Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
- 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Oz Cointreau
- 2.5 Oz Sparkling wine
Cocktail directions
- Generally we prepare this cocktail as a punch, in a large salad bowl, but it is possible to make it by the glass!
- The sparkling wine must be very cold, 'frappé' like they say in France.
- Pour in the sugar syrup, lemon juice, Cointreau and sparkling wine (you can use crémant).
- Mix gently.

Served in a champagne flute.
Bartender's tips
For sparkling wine, you can take Crémant or even Prosecco.

la soupe angevine est antérieure à sa cons?ur champenoise, qui est donc une variante de l'angevine. Elle se fait avec des vins pétillants angevins : Vouvray, saumur, Montlouis...le mélange sucre, jus de citron Cointreau (ou autre triple sec) est à préparer à l'avance (comme pour la soupe champenoise) qu'elle soit servie dans un saladier ou au verre.
