Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Mint Syrup
• 1 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 cl. Lime juice

• 1.5 Oz Mint Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice

Cocktail directions

• Place the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
• Pour into the glass.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
