SCOTCHMAN COOLER
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 5.5 Oz Scotch whisky
- Angostura
- Caster Sugar
- Ginger Ale
Cocktail directions
- Prepare in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Half fill a large glass and add very cold ginger ale.
- Decorate with a slice of lemon, a spiral of lemon peel and small pieces of fruit.
Cocktail service
Served in a Collins glass.
