Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lemon Juice
• 11 cl. Gin
• Angostura
• Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 3.5 Oz Gin
• Angostura
• Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare directly in a whiskey glass.
• Add crushed ice, lemon juice, sugar and a little sparkling water.
• Stir gently.
• Add the gin and angostura.
• Fill with sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Serve with a lemon zest.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
