Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Scotch Whiskey
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water
• 1 Cherry

• 1.5 Oz Scotch Whiskey
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water
• 1 Cherry

Cocktail directions

• Mix everything in a large tumbler with a few ice cubes.
• Top up with sparkling water.
• Place the fruit skewer on the glass.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.
