ROYAL JULEP

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Bourbon
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 5 Mint Leaves
• Champagne

• 1.5 Oz Bourbon
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 5 Mint Leaves
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Put the mint leaves in the mixing glass, add a few drops of water then crush the leaves without tearing them.
• Add the whiskey.
• Then fill the flute halfway with crushed ice and pour the contents of the mixing glass over it.
• Finish by topping off with champagne.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a champagne flute.

Bartender's tips

Serve with some mint leaves.
