Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lime juice
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• 4 cl. White Rum
• Champagne

• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• 1.5 Oz White Rum
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Pour all the ingredients, except the champagne, into a shaker half filled with ice cubes.
• Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
• Top with well-chilled champagne.

Cocktail service

In a shaker.

Served in a champagne flute.
