Rolling Peach Cocktail

ROLLING PEACH

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Peach Juice
• 2 cl. Grenadine Syrup
• 50 cl. Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Peach Juice
• 0.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
• 17 Oz Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Peel the peach without damaging it.
• Prick it regularly with a fork and place the fruit in the glass, pour in the sparkling water, peach juice and Grenadine Syrup, serve with two blowtorches.
• The glass should be wide enough so that the peach has room and can float.
• If necessary, increase the proportions a little.
• Do not mix.

With a mixing glass.

Served in a cocktail glass.
