For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Brandy
• 2 cl. Lime juice
• 1 Dash of Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Brandy
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1 Dash of Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Pour the brandy, lime juice and Sugar Syrup into the glass over ice cubes.
• Complete with sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Directly into the glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Serve with a slice of lime.
