For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 3 cl. Raspberry syrup
• 3 cl. Gin
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Oz Raspberry syrup
• 1 Oz Gin
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.
• Half fill a whiskey glass.
• Add very cold sparkling water and serve with a lemon zest.

Cocktail service

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
