Old Fashioned Rum Cocktail

OLD FASHIONED RUM

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Sugar cube
• 1 Dash of Angostura
• 5 cl. Old Rum
• 1 Orange Zest

• 1 Sugar cube
• 1 Dash of Angostura
• 1.5 Oz Old Rum
• 1 Orange Zest

Cocktail directions

• Soak the Angostura sugar and crush it in the bottom of the glass with the orange zest, until completely dissolved.
• Add the old rum.

Cocktail service

Prepare directly in an old fashioned glass with two ice cubes.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with half a slice of orange (and a maraschino cherry if you wish).
