BOURBON OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Sugar cube
• 2 Gouttes Angostura

• 1 Sugar cube
• 2 Gouttes Angostura

Cocktail directions

• Prepare directly in a whiskey glass.
• Add the sugar and angostura to the glass, then add the water and stir until the sugar is almost dissolved.
• Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon and stir gently to combine.
• Express the essence of an orange zest over the glass, then place it inside.

Cocktail service

Serve with orange zest.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

It is also possible to simply take plain water to dissolve the sugar.
