MONACO
The Monaco is a cocktail made with beer and lemonade, like a shandy, to which grenadine syrup is added. Perfect for tasting on a pretty Monegasque terrace in summer!
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
- 3.5 Oz Lemonade
- 3.5 Oz Beer
Cocktail directions
- To make an excellent Monaco cocktail, all the ingredients must be very fresh.
- First pour the grenadine syrup.
- Slowly add the lemonade.
- Top up with the beer very slowly so as not to create too much foam (a layer of 1cm on top is enough).
Cocktail service
Make the Monaco directly in a tumbler glass.
Serve in a 30 cl glass.
with 2 ice cubes.
