Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Brandy
• 1 Dash of Grenadine Syrup
• 1 cl. Pernod
• 1 Cube of Peach

• 1.5 Oz Brandy
• 1 Dash of Grenadine Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Pernod
• 1 Cube of Peach

Cocktail directions

• Shake the ingredients in a shaker (except the champagne), then strain into the glass.
• Complete with champagne and immerse the piece of peach in the cocktail.
• Serve.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a wine glass.
