LE GUIDELOIS

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Dark Rum
• 6 cl. Cider
• 4 cl. Lime
• 6 cl. Apple Juice
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Liquid Honey

• 1.5 Oz Dark Rum
• 2 Oz Cider
• 1.5 Oz Lime
• 2 Oz Apple Juice
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Liquid Honey

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a shaker.
• Pour in the rum, lime, apple juice and honey.
• Shake the mixture then pour into the glass.
• Add the Perrier and the cider.

Cocktail service

With 3 ice cubes in a wine glass.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a cinnamon stick and if possible a piece of dehydrated apple.
