• 3 cl. Port Wine
• 3 cl. Bourbon
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.
• Half fill cocktail glasses.
• Add very chilled brut champagne.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
