IRISH HIGHBALL
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Oz Lemon Juice
- 2.5 Oz Irish Whiskey
- Sparkling Water
Cocktail directions
- Serve directly in a rocks glass with ice cubes.
- Finish filling the glass with sparkling wine and mix gently.
- Decorate with lemon zest, a slice of carrot and a cherry.
Cocktail service
Serve with a straw.
Served in an old-fashioned glass.
