DELICIOUS SOUR

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 3 cl. Cherry Brandy
• 8 cl. Gin
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Oz Cherry Brandy
• 2.5 Oz Gin
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.
• Half fill a whiskey glass.
• Add a little very cold sparkling water and mix gently.

Cocktail service

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
