Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Pastis
• 2 cl. Gin
• 1 Lime
• 2 cl. Brown Sugar

• 0.5 Oz Pastis
• 0.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Lime
• 0.5 Oz Brown Sugar

Cocktail directions

• Crush the lemon (cut into 4 pieces), add the sugar.
• Crush the whole thing.
• Pour the pastis.
• Pour in the gin.
• Add half of crushed ice.
• Make up the level with water and add 1 dash of blue curaçao.

Serve in an old fashioned glass.
