CERVELLE DE SINGE RHUM
The Monkey Brain is a spectacular cocktail, but with a disturbing aspect. This is a shot cocktail to be made in shot type glasses and for this you have to pour grenadine over a layer of rum and another layer of whiskey cream, which thanks to the weight of the grenadine will fall to the bottom of the glass in the form of pieces of monkey brains.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Grenadine
- 0.5 Oz Whisky Cream
- 1.5 Oz Rum
Cocktail directions
- First pour the rum into the glass.
- Then slowly pour the grenadine, so that it falls to the bottom of the glass while having lightly colored the rum.
- Then add the Bailey's towards the middle of the glass so that it takes the shape of the "brains".
- It should lean on the grenadine so as not to fall to the bottom of the glass.
- Drink in one gulp.
Cocktail service
Serve in a shot glass.
