CERVELLE DE SINGE
The Monkey Brain cocktail is spectacular, but with a disturbing aspect. This is a shot cocktail to be made in small capacity shot or cocktail glasses... For the best effect, pour grenadine over a layer of vodka and another layer of whiskey cream, which, thanks to the weight of the grenadine, will fall to the bottom of the glass in the form of pieces of monkey brain.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Grenadine
- 0.5 Oz Whisky Cream
- 1.5 Oz Vodka
Cocktail directions
- First pour the vodka into the glass.
- Then slowly pour the grenadine, so that it falls to the bottom of the glass while having slightly colored the vodka.
- Then add the Bailey's towards the middle of the glass so that it takes the shape of the "brains".
- It should lean on the grenadine so as not to fall to the bottom of the glass.
- Drink in one gulp.
Cocktail service
Serve in a shot glass.
