Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg White
• 1 Dash of Pastis
• 1 cl. Cointreau
• 2 cl. Blue Curacao
• 2,5 cl. Rum
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• Lemonade

• 1 Egg White
• 1 Dash of Pastis
• 0.5 Oz Cointreau
• 0.5 Oz Blue Curacao
• 1 Oz Rum
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• Lemonade

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg White, Pastis, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, Rum, Lemon Juice and fill the glass with Lemonade.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a tumbler.
Fill with lemonade.
