Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 8 cl. Orange juice
• 5 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

• 1.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 2.5 Oz Orange juice
• 1.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sparkling Water (San Pellegrino)

Cocktail directions

• Pour into a glass filled with ice and stir with the cocktail spoon.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with orange, pineapple and grapefruit segments stuck on a stick.
