• 2 Boules Banana Sorbet
• 2 cl. Orange Liqueur
• 2 cl. Orange Liqueur

• 2 Boules Banana Sorbet
• 0.5 Oz Orange Liqueur
• 0.5 Oz Orange Liqueur

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Banana Sorbet, Orange Liqueur, Orange Liqueur.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a champagne glass.

Bartender's tips

The cocktail of the year 2000. Also called the (millennium). Place the balls of ice cream at the bottom of the glass, pour the grand marnier over them, and top with the champagne.
