An outdated classic that should be brought up to date.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Pernod
- 0.5 Oz Orange juice
- 1 Dash of Bitter Orange
Cocktail directions
- Mix the ingredients (without ice cubes) in the mixing glass.
- Pour into the cocktail glass over crushed ice.
- Serve quickly.
Cocktail service
With a mixing glass.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
