VALLEE D'AUGE

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 20 cl. Milk
• 4 cl. Apple Brandy

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 7 Oz Milk
• 1.5 Oz Apple Brandy

Cocktail directions

• Beat the egg yolk with the sugar.
• Heat the milk and calvados.
• Add it to the beaten egg yolk.
• Pour everything into a glass previously heated with boiling water.
• Sprinkle with Cinnamon Powder.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of apple.
