VALLEE D'AUGE
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Yellow Egg
- 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
- 7 Oz Milk
- 1.5 Oz Apple Brandy
Cocktail directions
- Beat the egg yolk with the sugar.
- Heat the milk and calvados.
- Add it to the beaten egg yolk.
- Pour everything into a glass previously heated with boiling water.
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon Powder.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Collins glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of apple.
