Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 4 cl. Brandy
• 20 cl. Milk

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
• 1.5 Oz Brandy
• 7 Oz Milk

Cocktail directions

• Place all the ingredients in the shaker and shake well.

Cocktail service

In a shaker.
Serve in a tumbler.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
