Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 25 cl. Tomato juice
• 5 cl. Ketchup
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 10 cl. Grapefruit juice

• 8.5 Oz Tomato juice
• 1.5 Oz Ketchup
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 3.5 Oz Grapefruit juice

Cocktail directions

• Pour the tomato juice, ketchup and citrus juice into the shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Pour into glasses decorated with a piece of grapefruit, a slice of lemon and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the surface with nutmeg and pepper. Preferably use pink grapefruit from Florida, sweeter than the yellow ones.
