Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Lime
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup or sugar cane
• 6 cl. French Old Agricole Rum

• 0.5 Oz Lime
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup or sugar cane
• 2 Oz French Old Agricole Rum

Cocktail directions

• Cut the lime in 2.
• Squeeze the half lemon directly into the glass.
• Put the sugar in the bottom of the glass; You can choose to add brown cane sugar (Brown Sugar), like real ones, or cane sugar syrup, for a sweeter punch.
• Mix the sugar and lime juice well.
• Add the old rum and stir everything.

Cocktail service

Serve in a small punch glass.

Bartender's tips

Adding ice cubes to this cocktail may seem like sacrilege for purists... The choice is yours!
